First session that we addressed how to increase revenue specifically through optimizing the sales force. Our speakers addressed fundamentals of “what makes a good salesperson”, how to manage a sales force, the need for a sales process and the concept of a sales audit (music to our ears) along with working examples of successes and failures that they have seen in their years of coaching sales reps/teams, coaching and advising companies and their exec team, recruiting the right sales person for their clients.
